Spicy beef, tomato and orange wrapped in chargrilled aubergine topped with pine-nuts and cheese


Pear and Brie Gallette

Slices of pear and Brie cheese baked on puff pastry, topped with toasted walnuts and drizzled with local honey


Salmon and Asparagus Quiche

Served with salad leaves



Moroccan Lamb

Lamb slowly simmered with orange, apricots, almonds, chickpeas, sultanas and dates.

Served with a fragrant couscous


Pan fried Trout fillet

Served with salad and minted new potatoes


Chicken and Chorizo Stew

Rich and Smokey stew with onions, peppers and  potatoes


Italian Beef Casserole

Slow cooked beef in a rich red wine sauce with tomatoes and red peppers   Served with pasta


Mushroom, Walnut & Tomato Baked Peppers V

Roasted red peppers with vegetables, fresh pesto, herbs and chilli served with salad

Almond, Orange and Amaretto Ice-Cream

Served with an almond biscuit and a shot of Amaretto


Moscatel poached Pears

Frozen triple chocolate mousse, served with raspberries

A selection of European cheeses with crackers, fruit, nuts and home-made chutney
